This all day workshop will give you the kick in the assets you need to make 2008 your year to get in gear with your money.

Jan is building a second home and will no longer be in Atlanta on the week-ends. If you have ever wanted to take one of her workshops, this is last call!
You'll have your choice of a morning session, covering financial basics, or an afternoon session covering investment basics, or you can come all day for both. This will give you the kick in the assets you need to get in gear with your money.
In the morning we'll cover:
§ The mental aspects of money and how to release the brakes that hold you back
§ The three easy steps that all millionaires use to build wealth slowly
§ Financial goal setting. It's hard to get motivated with your money without a specific target to hit!
§ How to earn more and spend less to build savings more quickly
§ Setting up a spending plan to tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went
In the afternoon we'll cover:
§ Basic information on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and REITs
. Asset Allocation: what it is and how to do it
. How to decide whether to invest in a 401(k), a Roth IRA, a traditional IRA, a 529 Plan or some other investment
. Where to get started if you are investing for the first time
. How to choose a financial advisor if you don't want to go it alone

Morning Session will be 9:30-12:30
Lunch break will be 12:30-2:00 (bring a lunch or there are dozens of restaurants nearby)
Afternoon session will be 2:00-6:00
We will be providing a copy of my book for each particpant or couple at no charge.
Feel free to bring snacks or drinks. There are vending machines in the building with very limited offerings.
